01How long does it take?+
Your reviewed artwork proof arrives within 24 business hours. Production takes another 2–3 business days after approval, followed by shipping.
02Can I order more than one?+
Yes. Build up to eight different Storydiscs, review them in the cart, and pay for them together. Shipping is charged once.
03Is music included on the CD?+
No. The CD-R is blank. A QR code on the back opens the legal Spotify or Apple Music playlist you provide.
04Can I request changes?+
Yes. One artwork revision is included, and nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
05What happens to my photo?+
Photos are stored privately for production and removed after the retention period. Gallery permission is optional and off by default.
06Can I check out without an account?+
Yes. Storydisc uses guest checkout through Stripe. No customer account is required.
07What if I do not add a personal message?+
Then the print package includes only the front insert and back tray card. The inside message sheet is omitted.
08How do I track an order?+
Use the Track Order page with the order number from your confirmation email.
